These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of skillsxxz.net and the commercial cleaning services provided by SkillsXX Facility Solutions Inc. ("SkillsXX", "we", "us"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
SkillsXX provides commercial and facility cleaning services across the Greater Toronto Area. Scope, frequency and pricing are defined in your service agreement or quote. We may decline or reschedule service where conditions are unsafe or out of scope.
2. Quotes & agreements
Quotes are estimates based on the information you supply and any site walkthrough. Final pricing and terms are set out in your service agreement.
3. Scheduling & cancellations
Service schedules are agreed in advance. Changes or cancellations should be provided with reasonable notice as defined in your agreement; short-notice changes may incur a fee.
4. Access & safety
You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the premises and to communicate any site-specific hazards, security or compliance requirements in advance.
5. Service standards
We perform services in line with the agreed scope and applicable quality standards. If a serviced area does not meet the agreed standard, notify us promptly and we will address it.
6. Payment
Invoices are payable per the terms in your service agreement. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes unless stated.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkillsXX is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service period. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Intellectual property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to SkillsXX or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest revision; continued use means acceptance.
